Camille Rose Customer Service

Orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 3 PM EST begin processing the next business day. Our gourmet, handcrafted treatments can take up to 5-7 days to process and ship. Once an order has been placed, we cannot cancel it in our system.All sales are final.

Please be sure to submit accurate address information when ordering. We are not liable for inaccuracies on your behalf. Once information has been submitted, your shipping destination is final.
If the incorrect information is submitted and we have to reship your package, you will be charged a reship fee of $8.

All domestic orders are shipped via USPS.

Where can I get a discount?

We carefully source our ingredients. We list ingredients for each product on our label, please be sure to read carefully before ordering. If you have concerns regarding allergies, please consult your physican.

What type of ingredients do you use?

We want you to be happy with your gourmet blends. All of our products are mixed fresh to order; therefore, all sales are final. No refunds, or exchanges will be granted for any reason with the exception of receiving an incorrect order or if an order takes more than 7 days to ship.

Orders that are damaged during shipment will need to have a claim filed with USPS.

How do I return a product or request a refund?
