Are all of your gourmet blends vegan? 

Answer: Our skilled mixologists carefully select the most potent ingredients mother nature has to offer to ensure your skin and hair are healthy. Many of our carefully crafted products are vegan; however, some of our products do contain honey. Ingredients for each of our handcrafted blends are available on the product pages.


Do you send samples of your products?

Answer: Yes, we offer samples with each order. Also, be sure to sign up for our newsletter and be the first to know when travel sizes are available.

What is the shelf life of my blends?

Answer: The shelf life on our gourmet blends is 2 years.

 My blends have changed color. HELP!

Answer: You may notice a change in the color with time, but as long as they were purchased in less than two years they are still okay to use.

The product I want to order is out of stock. When will it be back in stock?

Answer: Check back within 2 weeks for in stock updates on our website, or simply click the "Notify Me" button on the product page. You can also stay updated on restocks is by following us on social media @CamilleRoseNaturals and subscribing for our newsletter.

How long before my order leaves the Camille Rose warehouse?

Answer: Your order is entered into the system within 24 hours after placing your order. Keep an eye out on your emails for shipment updates & tracking information.


How long does shipping normally take (domestically & internationally)?
Answer: Domestically once it leaves our warehouse it takes 2-3 days . For international orders, please refer to your carrier for your specific tracking numbers.


Are returns accepted?

Answer: Once orders are received, we do not accept returns, exchanges or issue refunds. All of our products are freshly handmade to order just for you. Therefore, please be aware that all sales are final and cannot be exchanged or returned.
