If your order was damaged or lost in transit and you will need to file a claim with USPS. Once a package has been released from our warehouse, Camille Rose is no longer responsible for it.
Rosette Note : Orders that are damaged by shipment will need to have a claim filed with USPS. Orders that are incorrect are replaceable by exact product and not by a refund.
Once an order has been shipped and has been lost in transit, that becomes the responsibility of USPS.
