Once an order has been shipped and has been lost in transit, that becomes the responsibility of USPS. If your order was damaged or lost in transit you will need to file a claim with USPS.
Once a package has been released from our warehouse, Camille Rose is no longer responsible for it.
Rosette Note: Orders that are damaged by shipment will need to have a claim filed with USPS. Orders that are incorrect are replaceable by exact product and not by a refund.
